Baystate Maternal Fetal Medicine

Maternal-Fetal Medicine is an obstetric specialty that focuses on the diagnostic, medical and surgical care for high-risk pregnant women.

Our board-certified perinatologists provide specialized diagnostic, medical and surgical health care to high-risk pregnant women. They also serve as faculty members for UMass Medical School-Baystate.

Our staff also includes: a women’s health nurse practitioner, perinatal nurses, and sonographers who specialize in high-risk pregnancy services.

Visiting the Perinatal Diagnostic Center

Please arrive 15 mins early to check in at Registration with your health insurance information and a photo ID.

Only one visitor is allowed with you at the time of your ultrasound regardless of their age. Visitors under 5 years of age are discouraged. For their safety, children cannot be allowed to wait unattended in the waiting room. Thank you for your understanding.
