Iha Kaul MD, new graduate of the Population-based Urban and Rural Community Health track, spoke on behalf of the entire T.H. Chan School of Medicine's Class of 2022 at the 49th Commencement ceremony on Sunday, June 5, 2022.

Dr. Kaul rose to the podium to great applause and spoke to her class's resilience and great compassion during a pandemic that nearly stopped their education.

"As we move on to our next chapter we will wonder if we are enough. You are researchers, allies, singers, artists, parents, siblings, and comedians. You've lost loved ones and created new life."
