Computational fluid dynamic model using Proper Orthogonal Decomposition-Technique to Simulate Pressure Drop across Coronary Stenosis

The purpose of this trial is to establish reliable and validated computational model to assess the functional significance of coronary stenosis using coronary angiography (a procedure that uses a special dye and x-rays to see how blood flows through the arteries in one's heart).

Eligibility:

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Single proximal to mid lesion with a visual estimate 50-89% stenosis.
  • Coronary physiology study is indicated per standard of care.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • STEMI
  • Hemodynamically unstable patient
