Our Services
If you have a general health concern, we are ready to see you and help you address it. Our team, which can often see you the same day or the next day for urgent conditions, includes doctors and other healthcare professionals—many of whom have been here and lived in the community for many years. If you’re 18 or older, you can benefit from our expert, compassionate primary care, which includes:
- Chronic disease management
- Disease prevention
- Education about health conditions
- Health maintenance and preventive care
- Regular physicals
- Sick and urgent visits
- Vaccines for the flu and COVID-19
Additional Services
In addition to our primary care services, you have access to behavioral health services, located within our building for your convenience.
If you need emergency or specialty care, we work closely with our colleagues at nearby Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, as well as providers throughout the Baystate Health system.
What Is Internal Medicine?
Internal medicine doctors and nurse practitioners provide patient-centered care for all the medical concerns and conditions an adult may experience. This is different from other medical specialties, which typically provide care to patients of any age (family medicine), a specific type of patient (women, children, etc.), patients with particular types of conditions or providing a particular type of care.
Internal medicine often serves as the first step in a patient’s healthcare journey. Our internal medicine physicians care for all adults. You must be at least 18 to see one of our internal medicine providers.
You’ll have peace of mind knowing a single internal medicine practice is familiar with and caring for all your medical needs.
Specialty Care
We are part of an integrated clinical network that includes specialists, hospitals, home care, laboratory and imaging services. If your condition requires that you see a specialist, we can coordinate your care with specialists within our high-quality network. All our providers use the same medical records to make your care seamless.
Our Healthcare Environment
We are committed to improving your health and wellness, as well as those in our community, by providing quality care in an environment that values:
- Teamwork
- Innovation
- Cultural and language diversity
- Educational excellence
- Respect
As a result, we’re able to establish meaningful relationships with our patients. These relationships help us build trust, which results in better care.
Advanced Practice Providers: A Vital Part of Your Care
We are dedicated to ensuring you have access to the care you need when you need it. That’s why we include advanced practice providers (APPs) in our practice. These providers help us expand the level of care we’re able to provide to members of our community.
