BrandConnect is the definitive source for Baystate Health employees to access Baystate logos, templates, letterhead, and more to support the Baystate brand.

Instructions for using BrandConnect

When you enter BrandConnect using the link above (use Chrome for best experience), you will see a series of four sliders. Select the top two sliders only (Session Cookies + New Relic Cookies). Click "Save and Continue."

Once you are in the platform, scroll down to the blue boxes to access and download logos, our photo library, portraits, templates, location photos, and other corporate materials.

  • Explore our mobile apps for Library resources accessible from your smart phone or tablet.
  • Access digital/print databases and citation management resources (software and cloud-based programs). View a list of tutorials to get started on these programs.
  • Browse and access thousands of journals and electronic books by discipline.
  • Thousands of print books and special collections accessible through the online catalog or tools such as ClinicalKey (Elsevier), Access Medicine (McGraw-Hill), and more. ClinicalKey contains additional evidence-based information and covers over 30 specialties, containing hundreds of Elsevier journals and over 1,100 electronic books – plus procedure videos/multimedia, guidelines, and images.
  • For remote access to electronic resources and publications, create an Open Athens account or download the BrowZine mobile app to access publications on a mobile device.
  • Obtain accurate evidence-based information at the point of care with links in Cerner, Baystate’s electronic medical record system (available within the physician workflow). Library-managed links include UpToDate and Lexicomp Online.
