About Baystate Children's Hospital
We are a 107-bed and 57-bassinette hospital located within Baystate Medical Center. We're the only accredited full-service children’s hospital in western Massachusetts.
We provide a full range of primary and advanced pediatric care to babies, children, and teens. Our services include:
Visiting Baystate Children's Hospital
We are currently allowing up to two parents or guardians in the hospital with our pediatric patients. This is to help keep our patients, caregivers, and visitors safe during the COVID-19 crisis. Learn more about our visitation policy.

Patient and Visitor Entrances
Our Daly and Wesson entrances are open from noon to 8 pm daily. Our Chestnut Building entrance (the main entrance under the canopy) is open for patients only from 5 am to 7 pm daily.

Our Dining Services
We offer three main dining options:
North Café
Location: Daly Building, second floor
Hours: 6 am - 6 pm, seven days a week
- Breakfast: 6 am - 10:30 am
- Lunch: 11 am - 4 pm
- Dinner: 4 - 6 pm
Atwater's Café in the Marketplace
Atwater's Café in the Marketplace is a bistro-style café option.

- Monday - Friday: 6 am - 3 am
- Saturday and Sunday: 11 am - 3 am
Chestnut Café
Chestnut Café is a counter-service option.
Location: Chestnut Building, ground floor
