Baystate Health is required to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and develop implementation strategies every three years. In addition, hospitals are required to submit annual Community Benefits reports to the MA Office of the Attorney General.

Capacity Building Workshops

Designing a Program for Impact

In this workshop, viewers will learn more about the basics of program design from conception to implementation. The importance of considering policy, systems and environmental (PSE) changes when designing programs is also discussed.

A Deeper Dive Into the Social Determinants of Health
