Dr. Morsi shares responsibility with Baystate Medical Center and medical leadership for policies and program development, effective patient care, strategic planning, and resource management.

Her experience includes over 20 years of progressive leadership in a variety of positions. Dr. Morsi has achieved certification in Advanced Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Dr. Morsi holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Adminstration and Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.  Recently she was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Massachusetts School of Nursing Alumni. Dr. Morsi is a member of several professional organizations and is a member of the MHA Clinical Issues Advisory Council.
